The Brief

A Different Job Than the Fund Deck

The annual meeting had to carry the firm's full story through a single live sitting. The content overlapped with the fund overview deck we had already built for them. The problems did not.

What made it different

The content was all there. The hierarchy wasn't.

AGM material tends to arrive laid out like a document: even blocks of text, every point weighted the same, no visual to anchor it. It reads fine on its own, but presented live it gives the room nothing to hold onto. We rebuilt each slide around one visual with a clear hierarchy, so the message lands at a glance and the presenter has one thing to speak to.

After · Designed

Before · Raw layout

›

After · Designed

The room didn't need all the information. It needed the part that made the point.

The source slides carried everything: the full dataset, the supporting detail, the caveats, all on screen at once. Accurate, but all competing for attention. For a live meeting we reduced each one to what the story turns on: the few figures that carry the point, shown large, with the key movement called out. Less on the screen, so the takeaway reads in a second instead of being searched for.

The Narrative We Built

We Shaped the Meeting as One Continuous Story

Instead of a stack of updates, the deck moves through a single arc. Each section sets up the next, so the room follows the argument from where the firm has been to where it is going.

THE RESULT

One Deck for the Room. One Voice Across Every LP Touchpoint.

The annual meeting joined the fund deck under a single system. Two decks, built for two different moments, that read as one firm to the investors who see both.

CONCLUSION

One Deck. One Narrative.
Ready for the Room

Bloom started with strong science and valuable clinical evidence spread across multiple formats. The final company overview presentation brings everything into one connected investor journey. The science is easier to understand, the clinical signal is easier to evaluate, and the commercial opportunity arrives in the same consistent visual language.

Built to Be Presented

One idea per slide, sized to read from the back of the room. The presenter carries the detail.

A Navigable Narrative

A single arc from track record to what's next, with a section nav on every slide keeping the room oriented.

Data Made to Land

Dense performance and market tables rebuilt as visuals an LP takes in within seconds.

One Design System

The AGM inherited the brand and system we had already built for the fund overview deck.
