What if I don’t use the allocated hours?

If you don’t use all of your hours in a month, a maximum of 20% of the total monthly hours will be rolled over to the next month if it is still within the contract.

Can I ask for more presentation design support?

Sure! We’ll notify you once the work assigned that month exceeds the allocated hours of presentation retainer. Any overage hours will be charged at our standard hourly rate on the invoice for that month.

What are the payment terms of presentation retainer services?

For our Presentation Retainer services, 100% of the amount will be paid in advance.

What is the minimum contract?

3 months is the minimum commitment for our presentation retainer services.

Are there any exclusions?
